If your arena footing is uneven, hard in some spots, soft in others, or just plain worn out - your horses feel it every single ride. Bad footing is one of the most overlooked causes of joint stress and injury. Getting it right from the start, or restoring it properly, makes a real difference.
We handle both new arena construction and existing arena maintenance. That means full site prep, grading, footing work - the whole process. Whether we're breaking ground on a brand new outdoor arena or reworking the surface on an established indoor setup, we bring the right equipment and know how to get a smooth, consistent result.
For outdoor arenas, it starts with the ground itself. We use a CAT track loader and tiller attachment to work the soil and get the base dialed in before any footing material goes down. Getting that base level and properly compacted is what separates an arena that holds up from one that turns into a mess after a few rainstorms.
Indoor arenas need attention too. Footing migrates, gets compacted, and builds up unevenly along the walls over time. We work those surfaces the same way - spreading, leveling, and finishing the footing so it's consistent across the entire floor. That uniform depth matters a lot for horses working in tight circles or at speed.
Spring is a natural time to take stock of your setup before the riding season gets going. New construction, a full rework, or just a maintenance pass - we do it all. We also build fences, install automatic waterers, and handle barn foundations, so if you've got multiple things on your list, we can usually knock them out in one visit.
